Publishing checklist: • Test conversations, knowledge and tools first • Review authentication and data permissions • Publish the current draft as a live version • Configure an appropriate channel • Test the published agent yourself • Share use access only with intended users • Grant co-author access separately and carefully • Confirm tenant or admin approval requirements • Republish after approved content changes • Start a new conversation when testing an update
