A useful project brief can include: • Project goal and expected outcome • Stakeholders and decision owners • Confirmed scope and exclusions • Deliverables and target dates • Dependencies, assumptions and constraints • Risks, unanswered questions and next actions • Links back to the source messages
Workflow safeguards: • Process only authorised mailboxes and projects • Keep source links for traceability • Mark inferred or conflicting information • Require review before distribution • Avoid exposing sensitive email content
