Build a Microsoft 365 workflow that turns agreed Microsoft Teams meeting actions into trackable tasks. Lesson 2 covers the pattern from meeting recap to reviewed action items, task creation, ownership and due dates.
Workflow checklist: • Start from an authorised meeting recap or notes • Extract only explicit actions and decisions • Confirm the task title, owner and due date • Route incomplete items for human review • Create tasks in the chosen Microsoft 365 task system • Include a link back to the source meeting • Prevent duplicate task creation • Notify owners after the task is confirmed • Log failures and protect meeting data
