From the video description
Build a repeatable Microsoft 365 workflow for drafting a weekly status report from approved work data. Lesson 3 explains the workflow pattern: collect updates, organise accomplishments and blockers, generate a consistent draft, route it for review and deliver it to the intended audience.
Weekly-report workflow checklist: • Define the reporting period and audience • Collect updates from trusted sources • Separate completed work, in-progress items and blockers • Use a consistent report template • Include owners, dates and next actions • Generate a draft rather than an unreviewed final report • Route the draft to the report owner • Schedule delivery only after testing • Handle missing or duplicate inputs • Protect confidential project information
Available Copilot and Power Automate features vary by licence, connector and tenant.
