Check that normal handling does not leave the phone misaligned or pull the cable loose. Charging behaviour depends on the device and conditions, so do not infer a fault solely from a changing percentage rate. If the arrangement becomes unusually hot or behaves unexpectedly, consult the manufacturer’s troubleshooting guidance. Keep the surface clear and avoid covering the phone or charger with bedding or papers.

Keep a simple alternative for exceptional days

A wireless stand can be convenient in one location while a cable remains useful for travel, data transfer or an urgent top-up. Decide what role each will serve so the new accessory does not create unnecessary duplicate equipment. Record the charger and adapter models if several similar power supplies are used at home. After the first week, judge success by reliable placement and convenience in the chosen spot. The right purchase should make the routine easier without requiring constant adjustment or assumptions about unsupported combinations.
