Typically this takes between 2-4 days, but please allow longer at busy times of the year. If you want your products quicker, you can choose next day delivery at checkout for an additional fee. (Sometimes this option will not be available.) You must order before 1pm for next day delivery. This only applies Monday to Friday. Orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday. If the Monday is a Bank Holiday then we will dispatch your order on the following Tuesday. ** Last order date for guaranteed Xmas delivery is Friday 19th December** Returns We want you to adore your new Oscar & Hooch product. In case it wasn't paw-fect for you and your pup, unwanted items can be returned within 14 days in their original condition for a full refund. Unfortunately we don't offer free returns. If you have received a faulty item from us, please get in touch as soon as possible so we can resolve it for you.
