These Terms apply to the Loyalty Program including receiving, holding and redeeming loyalty benefits.Members of the Loyalty Program can enjoy exclusive benefits. The type and nature of the benefit (e.g., special discounts, special prices, donation campaigns, or special events), as well as the timing and duration of the offer to receive the benefit, will be specified on the website https://www.maxizoo.ie/friends, the Maxi Zoo app, and/or in flyers in stores. Any price reductions shall under no circumstances give rise to any refund or be applied retroactively.
