Shipping & Risk of Loss All items purchased from Sunaofe are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (FedEx). While we provide Shipping Protection (via AIG) as an option, Sunaofe is not directly liable for packages lost or damaged by the carrier if insurance was declined. 5. Returns & Refunds Our Return Policy is a part of these Terms. Returns are accepted within 30 days (or 15 days for AIG Free Returns). Items must be in their original packaging.
