Gift budget worksheet and calculator
Set the total you are comfortable spending before choosing a gift or a group of gifts. Record the planned items, then add delivery, wrapping and other required costs as separate totals. This makes the complete plan visible instead of checking only the prices on product pages.
Use private labels for recipients if you plan to share the worksheet. Keep uncertain charges in the notes and leave their amount blank until you have checked it or chosen a clearly labelled estimate. The calculator shows whether the entered plan fits your limit; it does not raise your budget, choose gifts or make a purchase.
This tool does not save your entries automatically. Download a copy to keep your work, and clear the worksheet on a shared device before leaving. Do not enter passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information.
Using your worksheet
- Write down the gifts covered by this calculation and the maximum for that whole plan.
- Total gift prices, delivery, wrapping and other costs separately, counting shared order charges once.
- Enter 0 for a cost that does not apply; leave an unknown charge blank.
- If the plan exceeds the limit, adjust it yourself before buying.
Assumptions and limits
The calculator checks one total budget for the whole selected gift plan.
It does not allocate separate recipient budgets or automatically substitute cheaper gifts.
All amounts and delivery assumptions are supplied by the user.
