Price-evidence comparison worksheet

Record prices as dated observations for a particular product and shopping situation. Include the exact variant, condition, market and currency alongside the source, then keep the item price separate from delivery, mandatory fees and conditional discounts. This makes differences visible before you decide whether two observations can be compared.

A price seen on a product page may differ from a later basket or checkout price. Label where each observation came from and whether eligibility has been checked. Keep older observations in the worksheet as history, without presenting them as the price a shopper can necessarily obtain now.
