Voucher-eligibility decision worksheet

A voucher can depend on more than the code itself. Use this worksheet to check the basket, products, account and shopping market separately against the retailer’s current terms. Record the exact offer and the time you checked it so an unanswered condition stays visible.

Work through each branch using yes, no or unknown. A no means this basket does not meet the condition you recorded; an unknown means you need more information. Even when every condition appears to match, keep checkout acceptance as a separate observation rather than a promise that the code will work.

All shopping tools

This tool does not save your entries automatically. Download a copy to keep your work, and clear the worksheet on a shared device before leaving. Do not enter passwords, account numbers or other sensitive personal information.

Record the offer

Use the retailer’s current terms and your intended basket; do not enter passwords or account identifiers.

Include your time zone.

Paste the exact page you checked; the worksheet does not check it for you.

Record enough context to understand the observation later; leave personal details out.

Follow the eligibility branches

For each condition, copy the relevant rule, then choose the answer for your basket.

Record the next step

Use the branch result below; record a checkout result only if you actually observe it.

Using your worksheet

  1. For spend, check whether delivery or excluded items count in the stated threshold.
  2. If any answer is no, review the specific mismatch before trying again.
  3. If no answer is no but any is unknown, ask the retailer or inspect the current terms.
  4. If all answers are yes, you can try the code at checkout and record the result without completing a purchase.

Assumptions and limits

A worksheet answer is the shopper’s observation and is not DEX Code Tested evidence.

The tool neither redeems a voucher nor submits an order.
