Terms to check

A "Conversion" shall mean a customer who: a) has subscribed to Otovo Care through the Partner’s campaign; b) has completed the 14-day withdrawal period without exercising their right of withdrawal; and c) has made the first subscription payment, which has been successfully received and recorded by Otovo. For each valid Conversion, the Partner shall be entitled to remuneration in the amount of EUR 50 (fifty euros), excluding VAT where applicable. Otovo shall have the right to refuse payment of remuneration solely in respect of reported Conversions that: a) are fraudulent, false, inaccurate, or duplicated; or b) do not meet the Conversion criteria specified in this Section. Where there are reasonable grounds to question the validity of any reported Conversion, Otovo shall be entitled to withhold payment of remuneration until such matter has been clarified. In the event of any dispute regarding the attribution of a Conversion, Otovo’s system records and reports shall be binding upon the Parties. If a payment is reversed, the customer terminates their subscription agreement, or any irregularity is identified after remuneration has been paid, Otovo shall be entitled to offset the corresponding amount against future settlements or to request reimbursement of any remuneration paid without proper entitlement.
