Konwersja oznacza klienta, który: a. dokonał subskrypcji Otovo Care poprzez kampanię Partnera, b. ukończył 14-dniowy okres odstąpienia od umowy, c. dokonał pierwszej opłaty subskrypcyjnej, która została zaksięgowana przez Otovo. Za każdą prawidłową Konwersję Partnerowi przysługuje wynagrodzenie w wysokości: a) 200 PLN netto, Otovo ma prawo odmówić wypłaty wynagrodzenia wyłącznie w przypadku zgłoszeń Konwersji: a) fałszywych, nieprawdziwych lub zdublowanych, b) niespełniających kryteriów Konwersji określonych w niniejszym paragrafie. W przypadku uzasadnionych wątpliwości co do prawidłowości zgłoszonych Konwersji, Otovo jest uprawnione do wstrzymania wypłaty wynagrodzenia do czasu ich wyjaśnienia. W przypadku sporu dotyczącego przypisania Konwersji, wiążące dla Stron są raporty systemowe Otovo. W przypadku cofnięcia płatności, rozwiązania umowy przez klienta lub stwierdzenia nieprawidłowości po wypłacie wynagrodzenia, Otovo jest uprawnione do odpowiedniego pomniejszenia kolejnych rozliczeń lub żądania zwrotu nienależnie wypłaconego wynagrodzenia.
