Eligibility - To be eligible for participation in the Programme, affiliates must maintain a website or digital platform that is professional, is in alignment with our brand values, and complies with all applicable laws and regulations. 3. Commission and Payment - Affiliates will earn a commission for valid sales generated through their unique affiliate links, at rates specified within the Awin platform. You may not alter these materials without our prior written consent. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms. 7. Limitation of Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme. 8. Amendment - We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
