Tailored Deals account terms

Your account

Register using an email address you control and keep your password and recovery code private. Your nickname and character are part of a private shopping profile. Do not impersonate someone else, submit abusive requests or attempt to access another person’s account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service.

Shopping recommendations and requests

Recommendations use your selected country, followed companies, interests and shopping searches. Catalogue prices, stock and voucher terms may change. Check the retailer’s current information before buying. An item request asks our team to look for a matching listing; it is not an order, reservation or promise that we can find an offer. Replies appear in your account.

Saved items and availability

Accounts are currently free. Account favourites can be synced on devices you choose. Browser copies remain on those devices after sign-out, so avoid syncing on a shared device. The service may be interrupted and catalogue listings may become unavailable.

Optional emails

Creating an account does not subscribe you to deal emails. A separate choice records your permission and preferred frequency. You may unsubscribe in Account at any time. Email delivery is not connected at launch, and addresses must be checked before use in a verified mailing list.

Your data and closing your account

Read the account privacy notice for what we store and why. Account controls let you export your data or delete your account.
