• For a wrong price, failed code or incorrect listing, prepare a correction report with the exact page and what you observed.
• For a broken feature or accessibility problem, describe what you were trying to do and what prevented it. Include your browser or assistive software only if you wish.
• For delivery, payment, cancellation, returns or refunds, use the retailer's contact details on your order confirmation.

Email links open your email application. Preparing a correction report does not send it; review the draft and send it yourself. This website does not provide an automatic receipt, case number or promised response time.

Deal corrections

Include the Tailored Deals page URL, the retailer name and what changed. For checkout, delivery, returns or refunds, contact the retailer directly because Tailored Deals does not process orders.
