Choose Your Perfect Loft Both styles are available in two distinct densities to ensure your spine stays aligned, no matter how you sleep: Soft (Stomach Sleepers): A lower loft that prevents your head from tilting upward, reducing neck strain and lower back pressure. Overstuffed (Side & Back Sleepers): A higher loft designed to bridge the gap between your ear and shoulder, keeping your head, neck, and spine in a perfect, neutral line. The Pillow Guy Difference Includes Pillow Protector: Every pillow comes with our signature 100% Cotton Percale protector featuring hidden zippers and elegant satin piping. Filled & Finished in the USA: Quality you can trust, crafted with care. Easy Returns: Need to make a return? See our return policy for full details. Which one is for you? Choose White Down if: You want a moldable, traditional luxury feel and natural temperature regulation. Choose Down Alternative if: You have allergies, want a pillow that is easy to wash at home, or prefer a more consistent, supportive loft.
