Tailored Deals plugin privacy
Ryan James Jowitt operates Tailored Deals. This notice explains the catalogue connection used from ChatGPT. It covers search words, country and retailer filters, pagination, sorting and listing identifiers submitted to the three catalogue tools.
The tools use those inputs to retrieve public catalogue information. They do not ask for your payment details, government identifiers, passwords, health information or full conversation history. Please keep personal and sensitive information out of searches.

How information is used
Search inputs are processed to find matching listings and return their prices, terms, dates and evidence labels. The plugin code does not save search text to the catalogue, create a customer profile or send your searches to retailers or paid AI services. It does not use the website's separate Ask DEX search-recording feature.
Hosting and connection providers
OpenAI manages the ChatGPT connection and Sites authentication. Cloudflare hosts the website and processes requests needed to deliver and protect it. These providers may process technical connection information such as IP addresses, timestamps, request paths, account authorisation and error information. The plugin does not need or read a user's name or email to search the public catalogue.
Retention
Tool inputs are used for the request and are not written to a Tailored Deals search-history database by the plugin. The plugin returns responses with no-store cache instructions. Hosting and platform providers control their own security and operational logs and retention; Tailored Deals does not set a separate retention period for those provider-managed records. Support messages remain in the support mailbox until the enquiry and any necessary follow-up are resolved, unless retention is required by law.
Links and browser visits
Opening a Tailored Deals listing is a separate website visit governed by the website privacy and cookie information. Retailer visits and affiliate attribution are subject to the retailer's and network's notices. The MCP response itself does not load website advertising or analytics scripts.
Your choices and contact
You can stop using or disconnect the plugin in ChatGPT. Use ChatGPT's privacy controls for information held by OpenAI and the website's cookie controls for browser visits. For questions, correction or deletion requests concerning information held by Tailored Deals, contact Ryanjowitt@admintailoreddeals.info. We will explain any applicable retention requirement when responding.
