The 3D Memory Crystal™ Rectangle for Realtors is a closing gift, top-producer award, or client-appreciation keepsake that turns a client's home photo (or their family portrait standing in front of the new place) into a piece of K9 optical crystal. The Beyond Memories® rectangle is the classic portrait orientation - perfect for capturing the front elevation of a home, a happy closing-day family photo, or a custom-engraved company logo paired with a closing date and address. Hands down the most personal way to mark a moment that a coffee mug or wine bottle simply can't. Every Rectangle for Realtors starts with your client's photo - or your brokerage's logo. Our design team in Henderson, Nevada reviews and enhances the image for laser clarity, our artists set up the 3D engraving model, and a 4K laser fires millions of microscopic points inside the crystal - building the image one layer at a time from the inside out. Hand-polished, inspected, packed in a gift-ready box. Real artists, not algorithms. 100% K9 optical crystal - lifetime clarity, scratch-resistant, never fades Rectangle portrait orientation - the natural format for home elevations and family portraits 4K laser engraving - millions of refractive points etched inside the crystal volume Expert photo enhancement included - we touch up exposure and background before engraving Available in five sizes from Small to Max - choose by gift recipient and display intent Engrave a photo, a logo, a closing date, or all three - via Special Instructions at checkout Compatible with the Memory Light Base for illuminated display Premium gift-ready box included at no extra charge - presentation-ready for client delivery U.S.-based support team - real humans for last-minute closings Perfect for closing day and beyond The Rectangle for Realtors lives in three primary use cases. First: the closing gift - engrave a photo of the home's front elevation, the closing date, and your client's name. They keep it on the mantel of the home you helped them buy. Second: the top-producer award - engrave your brokerage logo, the award title, and the year. The rectangle's vertical format suits an executive shelf or office display. Third: the client-anniversary keepsake - on the one-year anniversary of a closing, send a small crystal engraved with the home photo and the date. Most-effective referral-generation gesture in real estate. How the personalization works The engraving is built inside the crystal, not on its surface. After you upload the image at checkout, our design team reviews it and enhances it for engraving clarity - sharpening architectural detail (for home photos) or refining logo edges (for brokerage marks). We then convert the image into a 3D model that maps to the rectangle's dimensions. The 4K laser leaves microscopic refractive points at exact depths inside the K9 glass, forming the image with lifelike volume. You can layer multiple elements - a home photo at the top, the closing date and address at the bottom - by adding instructions in Special Instructions at checkout. What image works best For home elevations: a daylight straight-on photo with the full house in frame, taken from the curb or end of the driveway. JPG or PNG format, ideally 2,000 px on the long edge or larger. For family closing-day photos: a candid in front of the house, faces clearly visible, soft daylight. For logos: a high-resolution vector (PDF, SVG, EPS) or a 300+ DPI PNG with transparent background. Our design team reviews every upload and reaches out if anything needs to be re-shot or re-supplied. The full realtor collection has additional gift formats including necklaces and keychains for assistants or buyers' kids. What's in the box Your crystal ships in a premium gift-ready box - a navy presentation box with the Beyond Memories wordmark in gold, a soft microfiber pouch for cleaning, and a printed care card. For corporate orders we can include branded inserts or custom hang-tags on request. The crystal is nested in custom-cut foam to survive transit. If you add a Memory Light Base at checkout, it ships in the same box with its USB-C power cable. Crystal care K9 optical crystal is scratch-resistant and water-safe - the engraving is locked inside the glass, not on its surface. Wipe with the included microfiber cloth to remove fingerprints from the edges. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight, which is the only environment that can dim a 3D photo crystal over a span of decades. A drop of dish soap in warm water is safe for occasional deeper cleaning. The crystal pairs naturally with any indoor surface - mantel, nightstand, bookshelf, console table, or display cabinet. Production and shipping Standard production is 1-2 business days after your order. Express shipping options are available at checkout for time-sensitive gifts. Orders placed before 9 AM PT begin production the same business day. U.S. shipping is 3-5 business days via UPS, USPS, or FedEx. International shipping via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or DHL depending on the destination, with rates calculated at checkout. Frequently asked questions Can I engrave a logo without a photo? Yes. Upload your logo as a transparent PNG or vector file at checkout. We center it on the engraving canvas. Add the award title and date in Special Instructions. Can I combine a home photo, address, and closing date in one engraving? Yes. Upload the home photo and describe the text layout you want (e.g., "Address line at bottom, closing date at right corner") in Special Instructions. Our design team mocks it up before production starts. What's the ideal size for a closing gift? Most realtors send the Medium or Large - substantial enough to feel like a premium gift, not so large it dominates the client's mantel. The XL is reserved for top-producer awards or super-luxury closings. Can I order in bulk for a brokerage award ceremony? Yes - corporate orders of 10+ pieces are processed by our B2B team. Contact us at info@beyond-memories.com for volume pricing and a single approval workflow for branded artwork. Standard vs 4K HD engraving? 4K HD is recommended for logos and architectural detail - the finer point density preserves edge sharpness. Standard works well for family portraits.
