Bundle-value worksheet and calculator

Compare a bundle with the things you would genuinely buy separately. Enter the current standalone totals you have found for matching items or groups, using the exact quantities you need. Keep unwanted extras in the notes so they do not inflate the useful-value comparison.

Use like-for-like variants and GBP amounts throughout. Include the bundle’s mandatory costs and delivery, and allocate separate-purchase delivery or fees once across your wanted items. Missing values stay blank. Enter zero for an unused or unwanted item slot, and record that choice as an assumption rather than a market price.

Define the bundle and wanted items

Use matching models, variants, quantities and condition. Put items you do not want in the notes instead of giving them an invented resale value.

Enter the comparison amounts

Enter GBP totals. Include mandatory costs and confirmed eligible discounts in the amount for the option they belong to.

Include mandatory bundle fees and subtract only an eligible discount you have checked.

Enter 0 only if no delivery charge applies.

Include the exact quantity and its share of separate-purchase delivery or fees.

Count each charge once. Enter 0 if this slot is unused.

Enter 0 if unused or unwanted; leave blank if a wanted item has an unknown value.

Record evidence and assumptions

Keep the price source, check date and differences visible beside the comparison.

Using your worksheet

  1. Describe the same items, quantities and conditions on both sides of the comparison.
  2. Include separate-purchase delivery and mandatory fees once in the relevant item or group totals.
  3. Enter 0 for an unused or unwanted slot, but leave the value blank for a wanted item whose cost is unknown.
  4. Read the difference with the assumptions; a lower bundle total does not establish suitability.

Assumptions and limits

All standalone amounts are user-entered totals for items the user would actually buy.

Unwanted items contribute zero to the wanted-value comparison; this is not a claim about their market or resale value.

The calculator does not fetch or verify reference prices.
