Find the hotel’s actual address and the airport’s terminal map. Establish whether the claimed connection is a covered walk, a public route, a shuttle or a road journey. Check which terminal it reaches and whether another transfer follows. Do not assume that a hotel visible from the terminal can be reached directly on foot.

For another airport, start with equivalent official information. Ask the hotel to describe the route with luggage and any access requirements you have, including whether the relevant entrance is available before dawn.
