From the video description
Troubleshoot echo and background noise in Microsoft Teams by checking your speaker, microphone, nearby devices and Teams audio settings. Echo can have several causes, so identify the source before changing multiple settings at once.
Work through these checks: • Ask whether everyone hears the echo or only one person • Confirm the correct microphone and speaker in Teams • Lower speaker volume or use headphones when appropriate • Mute a second device joined in the same room • Turn on Noise suppression for normal spoken meetings • Test the microphone before rejoining • Check operating-system sound settings • Restart Teams and install current updates if controls are missing
Menus can vary by device, account and Teams version.
